Listing copy that sells the home, not your weekend

Add a property once — or import the notes you already have — and AgentWrite writes the description, the MLS remarks, the social posts, and the emails from it. In your voice, from your details, ready to review.

Free includes 5 pieces of writing a month — no credit card. Pro is $19.99/month and starts with a 14-day trial. See how it works.

Payments by Stripe — we never see your card. Your files are never sold, never shown to other customers, and never used to train AI models.

Listing description

The south-facing deck sits right off the kitchen, which means sun through the middle of the day and a short trip between the stove and the table outside. It's the kind of detail that shapes how the house gets used, especially in the warmer months. Inside, 2,180 square feet holds four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with the main bathroom renovated in 2024. The finished basement has its own separate entrance, so it can work independently of the rest of the house — a home office with its own door, or space for guests who come and go on their own schedule.

Four bedrooms and 2,180 square feet in Oakridge, with a south-facing deck off the kitchen that keeps the light through the day. The finished basement has its own separate entrance, so the lower level can work independently of the main floor. Three bathrooms in total, the main one renovated in 2024. The roof was replaced in 2021, and the double garage covers both parking and storage. Offered at $879,000.

Just listed post

Just listed in Oakridge: a 4-bed, 3-bath home with room to spread out across 2,180 sq ft. The kitchen opens onto a south-facing deck, so the afternoon sun sticks around. Downstairs, the finished basement has its own separate entrance — useful whether it becomes a guest suite, a workspace, or something else entirely. #JustListed #OakridgeHomes #HomeForSale

Real output from AgentWrite, shortened to fit. The property is fictional — and the seller's private note about a preferred closing date, which was in the record, is deliberately nowhere in the copy.

Why agents use it

Built around how a listing actually gets written

Enter the listing once
Beds, baths, features, neighborhood — typed in or read out of the notes you already have. Every piece of copy is written from that one record.
Everything the listing needs
All 10, by name: Listing description, Luxury listing description, Short listing blurb, MLS public remarks, Just listed post, Just sold post, Post-showing follow-up, Weekly seller update, New listing email, Photo captions. MLS remarks are written to your board's character limit.
Only what you actually gave it
Copy is written from the details on the property and nothing else — a fact you haven't entered is left out rather than guessed at. Wording that Fair Housing rules care about is flagged before you publish.
On Pro

Already have listing notes? Import them.

Drop your files straight onto Add a property — PDF, Word, Excel, text, or CSV. AgentWrite reads the details into property records so you aren't retyping what you already wrote, then writes the listing copy, social posts, and emails from them.

Your files stay private. They're used only to extract listing details for your account — never sold, never shown to other customers, and never used to train AI models.

  1. Drag in one file or several — PDF, Word, Excel, text, or CSV, up to 10 at a time. A file holding more than one listing is split into separate properties rather than merged.
  2. Read the suggestions beside the part of your file they came from.
  3. Tick only what you want. Your original file is never changed, and notes are added to rather than replaced.
  4. Write the listing copy, social posts, and emails from the result.

How it works

Four steps, start to seller pitch

1

Start from files or a form

Import the notes you already have, or add the property by hand. Both start a listing the same way.

2

Pick a voice

Standard, Luxury, Warm, Concise, Confident. Set a default in Settings, and change it per listing or per piece.

3

Write it in one go

Draft every piece for the property at once, or one at a time. Edit anything by hand — edits never cost a generation.

4

Hand your seller a pitch

A one-page PDF built from what you've already written: the home, and how you're positioning it.

Worth it?

Do the sums with your own numbers

Hours saved a month

3.0 hours

45 min × 4 listings ÷ 60

Dollar value of that time

$150

3.0 hours × $50/hr

Pro is $19.99/month. On these numbers that time is worth about $150. That is $130 more than the subscription costs.

This is your time valued at the rate you typed. It is not extra commission. How it's worked out: (minutes ÷ 60) × listings = hours. hours × your hourly rate = the dollar value.

What you can count on

No customer counts or badges here — there are none to show yet, and we would rather leave the space empty than fill it with something invented.

You read it before anyone else does

AgentWrite writes drafts. Nothing posts anywhere, nothing touches your MLS, and every piece is editable in place — edits never cost a generation.

Your files stay yours

Uploads are read to fill in a listing and nothing else. Never sold, never shown to other customers, never used to train AI models.

No card to start

Free gives you 5 pieces a month with no card at all, and the 14-day Pro trial starts without one too.

Cancel from Settings and keep Pro to the end of the period you paid for. Close the account and there is a 14-day window to change your mind.

FAQ

Questions agents ask

Does AgentWrite check for Fair Housing issues?
It flags wording that describes the people who might live somewhere rather than the home itself, and it shows you the phrase before you publish. That is a wording check, not a Fair Housing review, and it is not legal advice — the listing goes out under your licence, so read it. The checks read English only, so they stay quiet on French and Spanish copy.
Can I trust the AI not to invent facts?
Copy is written only from the details you entered for that property. Anything the record does not contain is left out rather than guessed at — no estimated square footage, no invented year built, no vague phrasing to paper over a missing number. On Pro you can also run a fact check that lists every claim a draft makes and quotes the note it came from. It can still be wrong, so review before you publish.
What MLS character limits are supported?
Any limit between 120 and 4,000 characters. There are presets for the common board sizes, and you can type your own. The limit shapes the writing rather than cutting it afterwards, so the remarks arrive at the length your board accepts instead of being truncated mid-sentence.
Do I need to review the copy before publishing?
Yes. AgentWrite writes drafts. Every piece is editable in place, and editing never costs you a generation. It does not post anywhere for you and has no connection to your MLS — you copy what you approve and paste it where it goes.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Your properties, notes, and uploaded files are never sold, and never shown to other customers. They are not used to train AI models. The text needed to write a piece is sent to our AI provider to produce that draft, under their terms for API traffic, and nothing else.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings at any time and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. The 14-day trial does not need a card to start — if you add nothing, it simply ends and the account returns to Free with nothing charged.
